Reguli de participare
sunt invitate sa participe persoane din întreaga lume, cu fotografii si filme de scurt metraj.

Conditii de participare
Festivalul este deschis tuturor indiferent de vârsta sau pregatire. Participantii se pot înscrie în festival cu 3-5 fotografii si/sau cu 1-2 filme de scurt metraj.

Autorii fotografiilor si filmelor vor primi distinctii si vor fi contactati prin e-mail sau telefonic. Pentru a putea primi distinctia si CD-catalogul este important sa completati în formularul de înscriere o adresa de contact corecta. Datele dvs. de contact sunt confidentiale si nu vor fi facute publice fara acordul dvs. (formularul de înscriere se poate downloada de pe site-ul festivalului www.art-aiud.com).

specificatii tehnice

1. sectiunea foto
- tehnica de realizare a lucrarilor: foto;
- fiecare concurent poate trimite pâna la un numar de 3 - 5 lucrari (alb-negru si/sau color) ;
- lucrarile trebuie sa fie :
- cele realizate cu aparate foto digitale: se trimit listate
- cele realizate cu aparate foto clasice: originalele
- nu este permisa mentionarea în fotografie (în imagine) a numelui autorului, a homepage-ului acestuia, sau a altor informatii. Acestea vor fi specificate în formularul de înscriere urmând sa apara lânga fotografie.

2. sectiunea video
- tehnica de realizare a lucrarilor: video;
- fiecare concurent poate trimite pâna la un numar de 1 - 2 filme (alb-negru si/sau color) ;
- durata: 10-20 minute
- tema : libera
- materialele se pot trimite:
- în format DVD (formatul preferat)
- pe caseta VHs sau Mini DV, sau pe CD/ DVD în format MPEG1-2 (rezolutia minima 352x288 / 25 fps)

Utilizarea materialelor, copyright
Lucrarile înscrise trebuie sa respecte legea drepturilor de autor. Participantul trebuie sa fie proprietarul tuturor drepturilor asupra lucrarilor înscrise în acest festival. Participantul este de acord cu afisarea lucrarilor sale în site-urile art-aiud.com, aiudonline.ro, aiud-art.ro. si inter-art.ro, precum si la evenimentele organizate de Centrul Cultural "Liviu Rebreanu" Aiud si Fundatia "Inter-Art" Aiud. Toate drepturile de autor ramân în posesia autorilor.

Confidentialitate
Toate datele personale ale participantilor sunt confidentiale. Detaliile participantilor pot fi folosite doar pentru functionarea normala a festivalului.

Clauze finale
Prin participarea la acest festival, participantul confirma faptul ca a citit si a înteles prevederile de mai sus. Lucrarile care nu sunt conforme cu aceste precizari vor fi descalificate. Organizatorii nu restituie materialele primite.

Participation Rules
People from all over the world are invited to participate with photos and short films.

Participation Conditions
The festival is open to all, regardless of the participants’ age or professional training. The participants can apply with 3-5 photos or/and 1-2 short films.

The authors of the photos/ films will receive diplomas and will be contacted by telephone or email. In order for the artists to receive the diplomas and CD/ catalogue, it is important that they write down a valid address on the application form. The participant’s contact informations are confidential and are not going to be public without the participant permission (the entry form can be downloaded from the festival home-page: www.art-aiud.com).

Technical specifications

1. Photo section
- Technique: photography
- Every participant can send up to 3-5 works (black and/or white/color),
- The works’: for digital photos, printed on paper; for classical photos: original
It is forbidden for the artist’s name, homepage or other information to be mentioned on the photo. This information will be specified in the application form and will be displayed next to the photo.

2. Video section
- Technique: video;
- Every participant can send 1 or 2 films (black and/or white/ color)
- Duration of the films: 10-20 min.
- Theme: free
- Materials can be sent:
- In a DVD format (prefered format)
- On VsH or Mini DV tape or on a CD/ DVD, in MPEG1-2 format (minimal resolution 352x288 / 25 fps)

Diplomas
The participants will be granted diplomas from the “Liviu Rebreanu” Cultural Center in Aiud, the “Inter-Art” Foundation and AiudOnline.ro web portal.

Use of materials, copyright
The works participating in this festival must abide by copyright regulations. The participants must own all the rights to the works entering this competition. The participants agree with their works being displayed on the following sites: art-aiud.com, aiudonline.ro, aiud-art.ro and inter-art.ro, as well as within the events organized by the “Liviu Rebreanu” Cultural Center and the “Inter-Art” Foundation, Aiud. The authors hold the copyright for their works.

Confidentiality
All the personal data of the participants are confidential. Details concerning the participants can only be used for the proper functioning of the festival.

Final Clauses
By taking part in this festival, the participant confirms having read and therefore understood the above-mentioned provisions. The works that do not respect these provisions will be disqualified. The organizers will not give back the art works received.
